PRAYER!

Prayer is the glue that holds the ministry of Bridge Builders together!  As we make the final preparations to go into the field, we ask for your prayers.  Today we will be "Commissioned" by one of Wooddale's pastors.

Here is  a copy of our prayer letter sent to us by our Prayer leader for this year, Rick Borus:

Dear Friends,
First of all, the Bridge Builders team would like to thank you very much for all the financial and prayer support you have given us! We pray for God to bless you all! Second, we are asking for your continued prayer support as we proceed as the hand and feet of Jesus Christ on this mission trip.

We are departing on February 16th and returning February 25th. We have many ministries which will be taking place while we are in the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala during this trip, and we are asking for your continued prayer support. The following are each of the areas in which ministry teams have been formed, and will participate in the communities surrounding Lake Atitlan.

As the prayer leader for our mission team, I ask that each of you would continue to pray for us as we proceed in our various assignments. Additionally, we ask that you pray for each of these communities, and for the people and churches of these communities in which we share the Gospel message. Our goal is to continue the “Bridge Builders” tradition of nineteen years, by being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in ministering to the people of these communities.

MUCHAS GRACIAS (Thank you very much!) for your involvement in this ministry through participation in prayer, financially and/or going.

We will be posting on this blog as we travel and do ministry during our time in Guatemala, please, check often for updates and prayer requests!
